GSL Education London Branch is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Studies Teacher to work at a welcoming coeducational secondary school and Sixth Form in Hackney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Business Studies Teacher who enjoys inspiring young people and helping them achieve their full potential.

The successful Business Studies Teacher will teach Business Studies across KS3 and KS4 while also delivering KS3 IT lessons and potentially some Economics lessons. This is an excellent role for a dedicated Business Study Teacher who can create engaging lessons and encourage students to develop valuable business knowledge and practical skills.

• Teach Business Studies to students across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver engaging KS3 IT lessons and potentially teach some Economics lessons.
• Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess, monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Previous experience working as a Business Studies Teacher in a secondary school.
• Good subject knowledge in Business Studies, with the ability to teach KS3 IT and some Economics if required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to supporting students of all abilities and promoting excellent outcomes.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
