Long Term Futures is recruiting a passionate and committed Maths & Science Teacher to join a well‑respected Jewish faith secondary school in Hackney from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to teach Maths and Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in a supportive community with excellent student behaviour and small class sizes of no more than 15 pupils. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons and build meaningful relationships with students in a focused learning environment.

Previous experience working within a faith school is highly desirable, and Hebrew‑speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths and Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Prepare students for GCSE examinations and maximise student achievement
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively
• Contribute to the wider life of the Maths and Science departments
• Support the school's ethos and values through high‑quality teaching

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
• Experience teaching Maths and Science at KS3 and KS4
• Strong knowledge of the UK secondary curriculum
• Experience working within a faith school (desirable)
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and student achievement
