Position: Curriculum Manager (Supported Internship)

Curriculum Manager – Supported Internship Programmes

We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Manager to lead our Supported Internship Programmes, working across host business sites to deliver high‑quality learning experiences for SEND learners.

Responsibilities

Lead the education team and coordinate delivery across multiple sites.
Collaborate proactively with programme partners to design and implement internship programmes that enable SEND learners to secure substantial and sustainable paid employment.
Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and manage an innovative, ambitious curriculum.
Inspire and motivate staff, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of partner organisations.

Qualifications

Extensive experience developing and running employability programmes for SEND learners.
Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to motivate teams.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering innovative curriculum solutions.
