Faithworks is seeking a part-time Training Manager to lead our Bournemouth programme, with 30 hours per week and a permanent contract. The role involves guiding trainees from referral to employment or volunteering, and ensuring high quality, safe, outcomes-focused training.
You will build a positive team culture among trainers, support workers, volunteers and partners, and align practices with Faithworks’ values and ethos. Some travel to other sites is required.
