London Youth Rowing is seeking an engaging leader to drive the Active Row programme in London. You will co-ordinate a team, manage relationships with schools and local organisations, and work with volunteers, coaches and universities to deliver sessions on and off the water.
The role balances remote collaboration with on-site activity, offering development, mentoring and practical experience in grassroots sport leadership.
