Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Behaviour Manager to join us at Harris Aspire Academy to lead our GAIN ("Grasp, Achieve, Improve, Next Steps") Provision. This is a new and exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our pastoral team to further strengthen the support that we provide to all students.
You will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people, will be sensitive and resilient and will be on the front line in supporting our young people to exceed their potential and become students with character, courage and conscience who are academically and personally successful.
