Location: Greater London
Harefield School in London is seeking a Pastoral Student Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover, full-time (term time plus inset days). This senior leadership role oversees pastoral provision, manages complex student needs and drives improvements in behaviour, attendance and wellbeing.
The postholder will act as Whole School Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, working with the DSL to uphold safeguarding standards and ensure a safe, positive environment for every student.
