Location: Greater London

The Digital Asset Specialist for the Reckitt account plays a pivotal role in bringing structure and operational efficiency to the client’s Mar Tech ecosystem, focusing on campaign asset management to support strategic goals. You are responsible for ensuring the upload of campaign‑specific content to the DAM, referencing toolkit data, and updating the internal campaign web portal. This role supports a global company where leadership, customer service, governance, and process optimization are crucial.

The primary focus is to ensure successful campaign asset delivery into the DAM, implement process improvements, and foster global collaboration. The role requires adaptability, technical expertise, and a very detail‑oriented approach.

How you will make an impact Operations Execution & Project Management
  • Perform day‑to‑day team operations, including stakeholder/agency support, content ingestion, linking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of assets into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and flag any potential delays or blockers with the correct stakeholders.
  • Populate and manage the Campaign toolkit on the Smint.io platform, linking assets for repurposing when they are made available.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to complexities within the campaign upload process and other challenges.
  • Understand and work against SLAs.
  • Help create a productive and positive work environment.
  • Feedback any product or workflow issues to help leadership find solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the client and their vendors.
  • Understand asset rights, usage, restrictions and compliance to ensure asset safety.
Process Improvements
  • Execute against documented workflow and processes, while feeding back ideas for improvements.
  • Identify or support implementation of opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Regularly review metadata options/fields in the DAM and suggest changes that would optimise user and search experience.
Collaboration
  • Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to learn best practices, enhancing overall operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Be a strong team player with your direct team (internal and external) and global partners.
Client Facing Engagement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agency stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Listen, learn, and adapt to changes in business needs.
  • Attend client meetings, as required, to understand the business.
  • Provide DAM training and support to client team members.
What you will bring

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of three years’ experience in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies or related field, including a minimum of three years’ experience in a client‑facing agency or consulting role, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
