Support children's language development by confidently communicating in both English and your additional language, celebrating cultural diversity throughout the nursery. The successful Qualified Early Years Educator will hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised in the UK and have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding childcare. Previous nursery experience, excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS are essential.
