Up to £51,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.

WhatYou’ll Do
- Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire learning and support pupils to reach their full potential.
- Create and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs) and personalised learning programmes.
- Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Create a nurturing, structured and inclusive classroom where pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to succeed.
- Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing, resilience, independence and positive behaviour through relationship‑based practice.
- Work collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent, holistic support.
- Organise stimulating learning environments, resources and sensory experiences that encourage curiosity and engagement.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting curriculum development and continuous school improvement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Primary teaching qualification or degree is essential.
- Experience in EYFS and multi‑sensory approaches to teaching is highly desirable.
- Experience working with children and young people with SEN, SEMH or complex needs is desirable.
- A creative, adaptable and nurturing teacher who can personalise learning to meet individual needs.
- A calm, patient and resilient professional who builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.
