KS1 Phase Leader

An established primary school in North London is seeking a dynamic and experienced KS1 Phase Leader to join their leadership team on a permanent contract from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated teacher to take the next step into middle leadership.

About the Role:

The KS1 Phase Leader will oversee the Key Stage 1 team, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress. You will support curriculum development, lead on assessment within the phase, and mentor other teachers to drive school improvement.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong classroom experience, ideally across Key Stage 1

• Proven ability to raise standards and lead by example

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

• A commitment to inclusive, child-centred education

• Experience leading a team or a readiness to step into leadership
