Tribute Brands is seeking a PILAT3S Training & Development Lead to oversee instructor education across the region and deliver PILAT3S in local studios. You will audit studios, develop content, and lead recruitment and development plans to uphold brand standards.
You will also deliver Academy Training, create engaging learning resources, and drive instructor engagement through workshops and online sessions. Travel within the UK and abroad is required.
