Job Description
A leading national apprenticeship and training provider is seeking an engaging and organised Learner Engagement Officer to join its growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting learners and working closely with employers to ensure successful apprenticeship outcomes. Previous apprenticeship or education experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
This position supports learners throughout their apprenticeship journey by conducting regular progress reviews, monitoring achievement against targets, identifying additional support needs and acting as the first point of contact for both learners and employers.
This opportunity is aligned to the Watford area and offers a hybrid working arrangement, with approximately 1-2 days per week based at the local training centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular learner progress reviews with apprentices and employers.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Identify learners requiring additional support and coordinate appropriate interventions.
- Liaise with specialist tutors and coaches to support learner development.
- Chase outstanding reviews, documentation and learner submissions.
- Provide advice and guidance to learners and employers throughout the apprenticeship.
- Promote compliance with apprenticeship standards and funding requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong employer relationships.
- Support quality improvement activities and occasional examination invigilation.
