As a School Improvement Adviser, you will support schools to raise standards, strengthen leadership, and improve outcomes for children and young people across Lambeth. Working collaboratively with headteachers, governors, trusts and partner organisations, you will provide strategic challenge, support and advice to schools, helping to drive educational excellence, inclusion and effective governance.

• Provide advice, challenge and support to school leaders to secure sustainable school improvement.
• Support schools to improve leadership, teaching, learning, inclusion and pupil outcomes.
• Identify, assess and monitor risk in schools and coordinate targeted interventions where required.
• Work with governors, trusts and education partners to strengthen leadership and accountability.
• Analyse performance data and provide strategic advice to support improvement planning.
• Develop positive relationships across maintained schools, academies and trusts to promote collaboration and system-wide improvement.
