We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Foundation Learning Lecturer to join our Foundation Learning team at Ealing Green Campus. Please note, you will also be required to work at our Hammersmith Campus one day a week.

In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality teaching across our Foundation Learning Study Programmes and Supported Employment provision, empowering learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and low skill level to develop the skills, confidence and independence needed for successful progression into further education, employment and adult life.

You will create engaging, inclusive learning experiences, monitor student progress through effective assessment and feedback, and develop individual learning, transition and progression plans that reflect each learner's aspirations. Working closely with parents, carers, employers and external agencies, you will play a key role in supporting students to achieve their personal and employment goals.

As an active member of the department, you will contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement, student recruitment and cross-college initiatives, while embracing digital learning technologies to enhance teaching and learning. You will also lead person‑centred reviews, including Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews, and champion equality, inclusion and safeguarding in everything you do.

We are seeking an inspiring educator with excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to helping every learner succeed. Whether supporting students in the classroom, preparing them for employment or developing innovative learning opportunities, you will make a lasting difference to their futures.

The ability to relate to and motivate students from a variety of backgrounds and ages, and to employ effective teaching strategies tailored to that diversity.
