Overview

An exciting opportunity to join a friendly multi‑academy trust in a gorgeous new building. Lift Schools are one of the largest trusts in the country, comprising 59 primary, secondary and special schools and educating over 33,000 pupils.

Your new role

Reporting to Natalie Straker, Education Programmes Coordinator, you will receive a structured introduction, training on the system and support from a friendly manager. You will provide high‑quality administrative, operational and event support for the Education Programmes office, coordinating teacher and leader development programmes, curriculum networks, study tours and principal events, while also providing senior leadership support.

This is a varied and fast‑paced role that combines programme coordination, event delivery, stakeholder management and senior leadership support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
