Milk Education, in partnership with a high-performing secondary school in Greenwich, is recruiting a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to support wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and personal development.
You will build positive relationships with students and families, deliver 1:1 and small-group pastoral interventions, monitor welfare and records, and work with safeguarding teams to promote a safe, inclusive school community.
