• Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to secondary school pupils.
• Flexibly cover other subjects and lessons across the school when required.
• Follow provided lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Support pupils in achieving their academic potential.
• Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to uphold the school's high standards.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, particularly within Science teaching environments.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has strong behaviour management skills.
• Is confident teaching Science at secondary level.
• Is flexible and willing to cover additional subjects when needed.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of health and safety procedures within a school setting.
• Is committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
