We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of our nursery provision across Fairford Academy Barnehurst and Pelham Primary School, helping to provide outstanding care, learning and development opportunities for our youngest children.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The post will initially be offered on a 39-week per year (term time only) contract and is expected to transition to a 52-week per year contract as the nursery provision develops.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and be passionate about supporting high-quality early years provision.
This is a role where building positive relationships with children, families and staff is essential. The successful candidate will support the Nursery Manager in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, develop confidence and make excellent progress. Our expectations for all children are high and we promote an inclusive culture where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential through high-quality early years provision and care.

This is a Trust-wide role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work across both Fairford Academy Barnehurst and Pelham Primary School, depending on the operational needs of the nursery provision.
