Aramco is seeking a Management and Professional Trainer to join the Leadership Development Division. You will design and deliver leadership, management, and supervisory training for division heads, units, supervisors and professionals, both in-person and virtually, with emphasis on practical application.
You will assess needs, create instructional materials, pilot programs, and evaluate outcomes, while collaborating with other learning professionals to keep courses current and engaging.
