About the Role
Destination Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils as they progress through Key Stage 1.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum, creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment, and helping pupils build the confidence and skills they need to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders to ensure every child receives the support and challenge they need to succeed.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
