Judicium is seeking a Lead Tutor to coordinate high‑quality delivery by Tutors, support student teacher progress and placement quality, and lead QA activities. The role includes line management of Tutors and overseeing associates to ensure consistency and excellence across regions.
You will act as the key link between Tutors and the Programme Lead, drive onboarding, provide performance feedback, and contribute to safeguarding, Ofsted readiness and data accuracy within Mosaic.
