Chief People Officer ,partneringcloselytoexecuteon theP&Cstrategy,leadinginitiativesandprojects thatdrive impactand sharpenhow theP&Cleadershipteamoperate,turningdata,process, and AI intobetteroutcomes forthebusiness andour team members.

• Act as theoperationalrighthandto theEMEA CPO,supporting inthetranslation ofstrategyintoaprioritizedroadmapand driving ittocompletion.
• Support in removingfrictionandbuildingprocesses thatdriveefficiencyenablingeffectivenessacross thecross-functionalHRLeadershipteam.
• Bring AI into the way P&C works,identifying and deploying tools that automatemanualeffort, sharpen insight, and free the team to focus on higherimpact/ value work.
• Shark Ninjahas a very fast-paced development environment,you will have the mindset that anything is possible andpossessthe willingness to do whatever it takes to win.
• Your ability to bring your own values to make our products to the market faster than our competition is critical.
