We’re looking for a L&D Training Facilitator to join our team in Vauxhall (This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel required to visit services/sites as needed.), working part-time (28 hours per week over 4 days). This is a hands-on facilitation role where you’ll deliver engaging, inclusive and consistent learning across the organisation—helping staff build the therapeutic knowledge and practical skills they need to support clients effectively.

Working closely with the L&D Manager, you’ll deliver training across virtual, hybrid and face-to-face formats, ensuring learning is accessible, well-timed, and aligned with operational needs. Your work will span everything from mandatory and compliance training to induction, EDI, leadership and management development, as well as specialist modules covering recovery, trauma-informed practice, justice, housing, clinical and employment services.
