A warm and inclusive secondary school in Barnet is seeking a resilient Specialist SEND TA to join their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) from September 2026. This opportunity is ideal for a Specialist SEND TA who is passionate about supporting neurodiverse students within a specialist SEND environment.
As a Specialist SEND TA, you will support a small group of students with ASC across KS3 and KS4, some of whom may also have additional needs including ADHD. This role would suit a Specialist SEND TA who is child-centred and confident managing behaviour.

- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, ideally within a school, youth, mentoring, care or similar setting.
- Confident managing behaviour and providing consistent, positive support.
