Tuition Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tuition Coordinator to join a growing education provider supporting students across London.

This role would suit individuals with experience in Tuition Coordination, Education Recruitment, Tutoring Operations, Student Support, Placement Coordination, or SEND provision.

• Coordinate tuition placements from referral to completion
• Match students with suitable tutors based on needs, location, and availability
• Build relationships with local authorities, schools, parents, and tutors
• Monitor tuition delivery and learner progress
• Manage tutor schedules and availability
• Maintain safeguarding and compliance standards
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records
• Support timesheet and invoicing processes
• Resolve queries and deliver excellent stakeholder service

• Tutoring Desk Coordinator
• Candidate Manager

• Experience coordinating placements, tuition programmes, or education services
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with tutors, candidates, students, schools, or local authorities
• Good knowledge of compliance and safeguarding requirements
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Local Authority-funded tuition services
• Experience with SEND, EHCPs, Alternative Provision, or vulnerable learners
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, or managing tutors
