ESOL Lecturer

We are seeking a qualified ESOL Lecturer to join our team in North London. This role offers the rewarding opportunity to support a diverse group of young and adult ESOL learners, including pre-entry and non-literate students, using the Ascentis curriculum.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective ESOL lessons to a diverse range of students.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students.
• Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
• Prepare students for assessments and qualifications within the Ascentis curriculum.
• Support students' academic and personal development through tailored guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CELTA A/B certificate, Diploma, or PGCE in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in teaching ESOL to diverse groups, including young learners and adults.
• Strong understanding of the Ascentis curriculum and its application in classroom settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
