Milk Education, in partnership with a high-performing secondary school in Haringey, is recruiting a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to join the pastoral team. You will support students with wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and personal development, ensuring they feel safe and able to thrive academically and personally.
The role involves 1:1 and small-group pastoral interventions, liaising with teachers, safeguarding staff and external agencies, and maintaining records.
