Pathway Group seeks an experienced SENCO Lead to help shape SEND provision at a new Wolverhampton site opening to support learners who need a personalised environment. You will work with the Headteacher to build policies, curriculum and interventions in preparation for Ofsted registration.
The role offers strategic and operational leadership, coaching to staff and a chance to influence how the school operates from the ground up. Early mobilisation may start before Oct 2026.
