We are seeking a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a small, welcoming primary school in Leytonstone, with excellent potential to progress into teacher training for the right candidate.
The roleThe role will involve supporting individual students, including those with SEND
, as well as leading small intervention groups to help raise attainment and build confidence. You will play an important part in ensuring all pupils are fully included and supported to reach their potential.

Requirements- Graduate level qualification
- Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Genuine interest in working with children and pursuing a career in education
- Previous experience working with young people is preferable but not essential
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a classroom environment
