About the Role /

Job Summary:

Our client is a well-established national apprenticeship and training provider committed to developing talent and creating opportunities for learners to build successful careers.

They are seeking an Early Years Tutor/Coach to support apprenticeship learners throughout their programme and prepare them for End-Point Assessment (EPA). The successful candidate will manage a caseload of up to 45 learners, carrying out face-to-face workplace assessments and delivering qualifications including the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner and Level 3 Early Years Educator
.

This is a field-based role requiring travel, primarily across London and the South of England, with occasional national travel as the organisation continues to grow. Access to a car is therefore desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support apprenticeship learners through to EPA.
  • Conduct face-to-face workplace assessments.
  • Manage a caseload of up to 45 learners.
  • Deliver qualifications, including Level 2 Early Years Practitioner and Level 3 Early Years Educator.
  • Travel nationally as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Teaching qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Education Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Relevant teaching qualifications are advantageous.
Experience Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering training or tutoring in early years settings.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship standards and assessment processes.
  • Experience working with diverse learners, including those aged 16 to approximately 50 years old.
