A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Dagenham is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Room Assistant to join a supportive SEND team. This role is ideal for graduates or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable school‑based experience while supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

As an Inclusion Room Assistant, you will support pupils who require additional help to access learning and regulate their emotions throughout the school day. The successful candidate will deliver targeted interventions, provide pastoral support, and work closely with teachers to create a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEND
• Is patient, caring, and resilient
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• Is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential

• Earn £90-£100 per day
• Full‑time, term‑time only position
• Work alongside experienced teachers, SENCOs, and SEND professionals
