The Supply Register, on behalf of Lewisham College, is seeking an enthusiastic Employment and Skills Trainer to design and deliver high-quality employability training that helps unemployed learners gain skills and confidence to secure sustainable work.
You will work with employers and curriculum colleagues to tailor training, assess progress, maintain learner records, and contribute to programme development, ensuring alignment with local labour market needs.
