The role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with students with ASD, helping them access learning, develop independence and build confidence.

You'll provide a mixture of 1:1 and small-group support, working alongside teachers and the wider SEN team to create a calm, engaging and supportive environment.

The school is looking for someone who is patient, proactive and genuinely passionate about SEN. Experience supporting students with ASD, communication needs, sensory needs or challenging behaviour would be highly desirable.
