Milk Education Guildford is seeking passionate and resilient Behaviour Support Assistants to support a range of SEN and SEMH schools across Hounslow and Feltham. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, work with teachers to promote positive outcomes, and help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
This role emphasizes behaviour management, de-escalation, and nurturing support for students with additional learning needs, with opportunities across diverse schools and settings.
