The Supply Register (Recruiting on behalf of City of Wolverhampton College) The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with City of Wolverhampton College to recruit an organised and detail-oriented Pay My Student Support Officer to join their team during the busy enrolment period. This is an excellent opportunity to support students by ensuring financial support applications are processed accurately and efficiently, helping learners access the funding they need to succeed in their studies.
About the Role As a Pay My Student Support Officer at City of Wolverhampton College, you will:
Process student financial support applications, including bursaries, free meals, travel assistance, and hardship funding, Review applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with funding regulations, Assess eligibility against funding criteria, policies, and guidance, Maintain accurate records across college systems and databases, Liaise with students and internal teams to resolve queries and obtain missing information, Ensure all payments are processed accurately and within required timescales.
What We’re Looking For Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload, Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer-based systems, Excellent communication skills with the ability to support students professionally and sensitively, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Knowledge of bursary funding, free college meals, transport support schemes, or learner support funding is desirable.
