The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Practice Educator to support the West Wing Clinical Research Centre (WWCRC). You will lead on education, clinical competency and workforce development, coordinating induction and onboarding and delivering teaching and training for oncology clinical trials.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent service delivery, assess development needs, and contribute to staff experience and retention.
