Experteer Overview In this role you will shape the strategy for education, training and development across the Royal Free London group, partnering with clinical and operational leaders. You will establish a multi-professional academy to deliver world-class learning aligned with the trust's tri-partite mission. As senior responsible officer for education and training, you influence across professional boundaries and career stages. You will drive a transformed education ecosystem that harmonises governance, quality standards and culture across sites.

• Develop and communicate a long-term education and training strategy for the group, securing buy-in from stakeholders at all levels Establish and lead the multi-professional Royal Free London Academy to drive breadth and quality of education Integrate education, training and development functions across the enlarged group, aligning governance, processes and culture Embed education into governance and operating models of each business unit, matching the importance of clinical care and research Create a safe, inclusive learning environment aligned with the trust's values Collaborate with academic, charitable and ISC partners to deliver the education vision Tasks Master's degree in a relevant field Current professional registration with a relevant clinical regulator (GMC, NMC, HCPC, GPhC) Experience handling sophisticated internal and external stakeholder engagement across organisational boundaries Significant senior leadership experience in education, training and development within healthcare Experience of multi-professional/multi-disciplinary education and training approaches Proven ability to lead at regional or national level in an education or professional body context (Desirable) Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy or equivalent educator recognition (Desirable) Key requirements flexible hours generous benefits next level training opportunity to shape education strategy at scale
