Direct Employer## Description Behavioural Support Assistant    Pay: £120 per day    Mon-Fri, Daily Hours 8:30 - 16:00    Full-time/ Term Time only    Dagenham, East London    We're looking for dedicated Behavioural Support Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about helping young people thrive and gaining experience for future roles in education, psychology, or youth support.
Behavioural Support Assistant Role:
Supporting pupils with SEMH needs    Working 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive behaviour    Helping implement behaviour plans and emotional regulation strategies    Assisting teachers in maintaining a calm, structured learning environment    Building positive relationships to encourage engagement and resilience    Behavioural Support Assistant Requirements:
Genuine interest in supporting young people    Patient, calm, and proactive    Experience or training in behaviour management or manual handling preferred    Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
