About You
  • Substantial experience in undergraduate-graduate teaching and academic leadership, including designing assessments that develop critical analysis and independent enquiry
  • A track record ofleading teams, enhancing the student experience, and managing academic programmes
  • A commitment toequity, diversity, and inclusion, with awareness of inclusive pedagogies and current debates such as decolonising the curriculum
  • The ability tomotivate and support staff, foster collaboration, and align academic vision with strategic objectives
  • A demonstrableresearch profileorindustry practice- evidenced through publications, applied research, or critically reflective industry work - that models the research-informed thinking students are expected to develop
