SMART Teachers is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Hammersmith & Fulham from September 2026.
About the roleAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, helping pupils reach their full potential both academically and socially.
You'll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, assisting with classroom activities, supporting individual pupils and small groups, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.

As part of SMART Teachers, you'll have access to our National Teaching Assistant Programme (NTAP)—a specialist training programme designed to prepare graduates for success in primary schools.

Key Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning across the primary curriculum

- Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents
