Are you an experienced educator, TA, or youth worker looking for flexible classroom work starting this September?

We are currently recruiting Ad Hoc Cover Supervisors to join our team for the new academic year, supporting vibrant secondary schools in Willesden and across the broader Brent area.

In this role, you'll step into the classroom on a day-to-day basis to manage behaviour, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and keep students engaged during regular teacher absences. It offers complete control over your working schedule for the upcoming school year-ideal for securing flexible local work without the burden of lesson planning, marking, or parents' evenings.

Key Responsibilities

Same-Day Cover: Maintain morning availability (from 7:00 AM) to accept local, short-notice cover bookings.
Classroom Management: Supervise pre-set lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, keeping students on task, safe, and focused.
Support & Feedback: Assist students with their set work, enforce school behaviour policies, and collect work to leave written updates for returning staff.
Borough-Wide Flexibility: Work across various secondary schools in Willesden and wider Brent depending on daily demand.
