The Role

Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress
Contributing to the wider life of the English department and school community

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching English within UK secondary schools
Strong knowledge of the English curriculum
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A passion for raising attainment and inspiring a love of English
