About the role
The UCL School of Management is recruiting a full-time Lecturer (Teaching) focused on technology, creativity, innovation, or design. The role involves contributing to a new undergraduate programme in Technology and Innovation, aimed at developing graduates who can tackle complex real-world challenges using creative and technological approaches.
The successful candidate will have experience fostering creativity, supporting collaborative problem-solving, and delivering innovative, applied teaching. They should be comfortable working across disciplines and combining technological expertise with design, innovation, or entrepreneurship.
Key responsibilities include teaching and assessing modules, supervising student projects and dissertations, supporting students through tutoring, and contributing to curriculum development and wider school activities.
Experience with experiential or project-based learning and industry engagement is highly valued.
Overall, the role suits an educator with strong teaching skills, a commitment to pedagogical innovation, and the ability to connect academic work with industry and real-world practice.

Salary – UCL Grade 8 54,931 to 62,903 pa (including London allowance)
