Are you a patient and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who thrives on helping children overcome barriers to learning? A supportive mainstream primary school in East Dulwich is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide consistent 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with ADHD and behavioural needs.

This long:term opportunity would suit someone who is confident supporting children who may find behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement challenging. Youll play an important role in helping the pupil feel settled, develop positive relationships and access their learning successfully.

In this role, youll work closely with the pupil and wider school team to provide tailored support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing focused 1:1 assistance to a Year 4 pupil with ADHD and additional behavioural needs
• Developing a trusting and consistent relationship with the pupil
• Supporting emotional regulation and helping the pupil remain engaged throughout the school day
• Following agreed behaviour strategies and individual support approaches
