A high-performing, inclusive Secondary School in the London Borough of Westminster is offering an exceptional opportunity for a talented graduate to gain hands-on classroom experience in a structured and supportive environment.

This full-time, term-time only position starts ASAP and is ideal for an Oxbridge graduate eager to build classroom experience before progressing onto teacher training (Schools Direct, PGCE, or salaried routes).

• Support a specialist subject department (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, etc.)

• Work with pupils across KS3-KS5
  , delivering targeted interventions and enrichment activities

• Provide 1:1 support to SEN students
  , helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

• Receive structured training, mentoring, and CPD throughout the year

• Play an active role in promoting academic excellence and student wellbeing

• £22,000 - £26,000 per annum (term-time only)

• Full-time |
  September 2026 - July 2027

• Potential to progress into a teacher training role from July 2026

• 2:1 or First-Class Degree from Oxford or Cambridge University

• Excellent academic background (AAA at A-Level or equivalent)
