The nature of this Graduate Teaching Assistant job will require you to work with pupils that have SEN, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will need to help manage behaviour and use your initiative to support students wherever necessary!

What the school are looking for in their Teaching Assistants:

• A Graduate with a degree from a leading UK University
• Experience supporting children of a secondary age
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs is desirable
• Competent in both GCSE Maths & English

• Confident working 1:1 and within small groups of children
