About the role

The UCL Global Business School for Health seeks to appoint an outstanding research-active academic with expertise in management research methods to contribute to the School's internationally recognised research and education portfolio.

The successful candidate will undertake high-quality internationally recognised research in management or a closely related discipline while delivering research methods education across undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes.

About youThe postholder will lead the delivery of a research methods and research design module at undergraduate level, supervise undergraduate dissertations, postgraduate dissertations and doctoral research, and contribute to strengthening the School's research culture through publications, external grant activity and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The successful candidate will be expected to publish in internationally recognised peer-reviewed journals, including journals ranked in the ABS Academic Journal Guide and, where appropriate, the Financial Times Top 50 list.

The role is central to building methodological capability across the School and supporting the development of the next generation of researchers in healthcare management, leadership and the global health economy.
