POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The position requires a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, along with substantial university-level teaching experience and a proven ability to engage and inspire students. Candidates must possess expertise in data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, big data, quantitative analysis, and data visualization, as well as proficiency in relevant programming languages and AI technologies.

Experience in curriculum development and assessment is essential. The ideal candidate will combine a strong foundation in theoretical concepts with the practical skills to implement, demonstrate, and mentor students in cutting-edge tools, techniques, and methodologies used in the data science and AI industry. Additionally, any relevant industry experience in these areas is highly welcomed.

• PhD or Doctoral qualifications and a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from an internationally recognized institution.
• University or postgraduate teaching experience in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Data Science and AI; proficiency in programming languages and data management tools.
• Understanding of data visualization tools.
• Higher education teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one.
• Ability to develop teaching programs and provide learning support.
• Knowledge of higher education delivery techniques to engage students.
• In-depth understanding of the discipline to advance knowledge.
• Evidence of a positive impact beyond personal teaching.
• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality assurance.
• Research experience and high-quality publications.
