Location: Greater London
Milk Education is seeking a Psychology or Criminology graduate for the role of Student Support Mentor in a West Drayton secondary school. You will work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have SEMH needs, trauma histories, and barriers to attendance, applying trauma-informed, relational and restorative approaches to support behaviour and engagement.
You will gain hands-on experience in safeguarding, pastoral care and behaviour management while developing a career path toward youth justice,
